Johnson & Johnson | Untappables (2018)
When Band-Aid discovered that their bandages didn't work with smartphones, they came up with a "behavioral hack" aka they redesigned their packaging and relabeled them as "Untappables." This case study is also a reminder for everyone to get off their phones and engage in human interaction.
