"NESN Clubhouse" went to Carter Park CrossFit to learn more not just about CrossFit, but the community they've built around it. We talked to James Norris, co-founder of Handicapable Fitness, about his nonprofit + continued fitness journey through disability. We also talked to the Carter Park CrossFit team, + their journey from Guatemala to establishing a supportive community around them.
